At the Sleep Institute, we’re committed to putting treatment for snoring and sleep apnea within reach for everyone.

Oral appliances are typically covered by your medical insurance, because sleep apnea is a medical condition. Most medical insurance companies cover oral appliance therapy; your policy may have coverage for this appliance. We will assist you to review what levels of coverage you may have.

We work with most insurances and accept Medicare.

Our office will assist you throughout the process with the following:

Obtaining all necessary insurance information from you.
Obtaining all necessary authorizations on your behalf.
Requesting a quote of benefits from your insurance, and present a full Financial Disclosure to you prior to any costs being incurred.
Requesting prior authorization prior to fabricating an oral appliance.
Billing services to your medical insurance plan.
Working with the insurance to make sure you receive maximum coverage.

We do not want financial burdens to be a barrier to treatment.

We will never charge you the full price upfront, and leave you to try to be reimbursed by your insurance on your own. Our team of professionals have over 20 years of collective experience working with medical insurance. We advocate strongly for our patients and have more options than most dental providers in the area.

We offer third party financing and layaway plans for patients who need time to resolve their co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductible amounts.
We accept assignment on claims and we do not balance bill patients for the amounts over usual and customary.
We accept cash and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We work with most insurances and accept Medicare.
